• 3 ways to display Information to Users

1. Open any web page in a new, smaller browser

2. Display on the same page the user is on

3. Open a small window so the user never leaves your page

• "On-Screen" display lets users click to dismiss the information panel, saving screen real estate. The system keeps track of each individual user's preference for each screen you provide.
• Use CSS and HTML to design any look you want
• Since this uses html, you can use Flash for video or audio on your help screens!
• If you choose to open up the help file in separate window you can use javascript and anything else that can be used in a html page.
• Topics List lets you choose which Topics you want to display in a list format wherever you want. Users launch Topics right from the topic list.
